the staff was very friendly from start to finish, its good. the mexican dinner was amazing, a credit to the chefs i think. the bar staff are efficient. i loved the adults only pool area because it was quiet.
the drinks mixers came from a premixed bottle it seemed. to much ice was in, so drinks were watered down. the choice in the buffets were mostly the same, always. the breakfast choice for young kids werent great i thought.

the hotel has many pools located right on the beach. a flamenco show was available and it was really good. the hotel is big and clean.
check-out process was slow. the queue was long and only one staff member was working at the reception.

i just went to this hotel. the food tasted amazing. i liked all the food choices. they have good quality too. the facilities included indoor pool and saunas. i liked the jacuzzi.
the drinks are watered down. the buffets was the same. the breakfast choice was not great.

The room had a kettle and a large TV with many UK channels. We found sunbeds available all day at the adults-only pools. I think they were excellent.
I spotted a large cockroach one night. I find it not good. I had to queue at 0830 to get a sunbed, and the drinks weren't very good. All cocktails were premade and very watery.

The food was acceptable at most meals. There was always something I could find to eat, at least.
I was upset about the sunbed situation at the adult pool. Guests went out before 9 AM and grabbed sunbeds before it opened. They put towels down and then left, not returning for hours. This made it hard to get a sunbed.
